Notes on affiliate links

The primary purpose of this blog is to share information based on my own experiences but it does of course take me time to do so and cost money to host the site etc. so I have included some affiliate links to try to help support it. I’m only linking to products or service I have used and recommend myself and it won’t cost you any more, it just means that if you click through that link and decide to buy something I may get a small payment from them. If you’ve found my site useful and would like to help support it you can do so by clicking through any of the links below and shopping as you would normally. Thank you!

CabinZero*: we’ve been trying to travel hand luggage/carry-on only lately and CabinZero bags are perfect for this as they help you find exactly the right size bag for whichever airline you’re flying with and they don’t waste space on unnecessary dividers/padding. Plus they come in loads of different colours. I have the Classic Backpack 28L* for weekend trips and the Military Backpack 44L* for longer trips (this did me a month in Vietnam and Cambodia, with a small day pack)
If you’re interested in getting one you can use my code, JAYNE_LLOYD at the checkout on their site* for 15% off your entire order (limited to one use per person)

TopCashback*: I check TopCashback before buying pretty much anything online to see if I can earn cash back by clicking through there first. We’ve earned hundreds of cash back over the years by doing this – a lot of it from Expedia* as they have a great cash back rate.

Expedia*: we book most of our hotels through Expedia, partly because of the great cash back rate via TopCashback*, partly because of the extra discounts and perks you get when you make lots of bookings through them and also just because they are easy to use, have great properties and we’ve always got on well with them.

Beyond Print*: really great professional print lab in London. I’ve had some prints done for myself and I’m trying out their dropshipping services on my Etsy Shop*. You can use my link for 50% off your first purchase*.

Bookshop.org*: lets you support independent bookshops when you’re buying books online. You can see my lists of recommended books here* (a work in progress!).

WEX Photo Video*: I get a lot of my photography equipment from WEX – some new, some used – and I always get a good price and quick, helpful service.

Boots*: where I get most of my toiletries on the high street.

ExpressVPN*: we used ExpressVPN when we were travelling to Cuba and it worked seamlessly to let us access the internet from Cuba without restrictions or privacy concerns. You can use my link for a 30 day free trial*, too.

Amazon*: I got a lot of handy travel bits, Kindle books and equipment/gadgets from Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
